As the darkness takes me in its embrace
I float freely, lost in space.
Time grows old as I weep within
I cover myself with a blanket of sin.
My deeds are done, my soul is stained
From reality I've now abstained.
I sink into the abyss of self
to hide upon a tiny shelf
of dreams and fantasies diverse.
I don't see how it could be worse
than 'normal' life, I hate it so...
That's why I reap these seeds I sow.
Darkness take me in your arms
For that is where I'm safe from harm.
